About Us

The story of VIVEL begins with the founder, Shahnaz Bagherzadeh, who spent her early years on her grandmother's farm in Northwestern Iran, where her passion for sweets and pastries first took root.

After relocating to Dubai in 1987, Shahnaz started by offering baking classes for women in her own home, all the while supplying some of the city's most renowned restaurants and hotels from her humble home kitchen.

To hone her skills, she embarked on journeys across the region, learning new recipes from some of the most distinguished female bakers and chefs.

Today, Vivel Patisserie has become a prestigious patisserie based in Dubai, celebrated for its exceptional range of petit fours and remarkable craftsmanship. With over three decades of experience, Vivel Patisserie has expanded its presence globally, with stores in Japan, London, Baku, Geneva, Montreal, and the GCC.

Under the dedicated leadership of the mother-son duo, Shahnaz and Ehsan, Vivel Patisserie continues to create and deliver exquisite desserts that delight taste buds worldwide.
